Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions cover the reoccurring billing procedures. They do not apply to your initial plan purchase.

If you have a Service Level Agreement (SLA), these will be billed one month in advance. This means your first invoice may include two months, depending on when your initial order was placed. All following months, you're bill will just be for one month. This is being done for two reason. First and most importantly, we need to manage time, schedule and resources so we can continue to provide the level of service and response time you've come to expect. We need to know before the first of the month, how many hours and for whom we are committing to supporting that month. Second, for those that pay via check or PayPal this allows appropriate time for payment to arrive prior to the covered time frame.

All Hosting Packages (except Basic) will be billed one month in advance. This allows those that pay via check or PayPal appropriate time for payment to arrive prior to the covered time frame.

Our cancellation or plan change policy has not changed. As always, you are free to cancel at any time. Any future month's payment will be provided a full refund. Partial month refunds are not offered.
