Twenty (20) hours of support per calendar month. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Phone and email support.
- Module installation.
- Add/edit products.
- Minor layout changes.
- Set pricing for Sales/Specials/Featured Products.
- Apply security patches.
- Manage Google Analytics.
- Priority Support.
Additional hours are billed at our regular hourly rate in 6 minute (0.1 hour) increments. There is a two (2) month minimum after which the service may be canceled at any time. Just like in real life, unused hours do not carry over.
