This client had been using Zen Cart for a number of years but wanted to move to Big Commerce. We set-up the new Big Commerce website including migrating products and data. We’ve since built a custom, responsive template so they can take advantage of the trend towards more customers using their mobile phones to access their site and make purchases.

We’ve implemented a full featured rewards program to encourage repeat orders and social sharing. These are both important behaviors when selling make-up, a reusable product marketed towards women.

An affiliate program compliments their in-store sales in boutique shops. These efforts drive further brand awareness and repeat orders, both key business goals.

We assisted with a data export so orders import into QuickBooks, onto their warehouse for shipping and them back to Big Commerce to update the orders with tracking information.
