Forgot Your Password


If a customer contacts you saying they cannot log into their account, there are a few things you can do.

First, log into the admin and confirm they have an account under the email address they are trying to use.  If so, suggest they use the 'Forgot your Password' link on the login page.  Doing so will send them a new password via email immediately.  IMPORTANT: if it does not arrive in their inbox, have them check their spam or bulk folder.

If they still can not log in, ask them to email you the password they received and try logging in with their email and the new password.  If it does not work, contact us for further assistance.
