Secure Email Settings

Using SSL/TLS for your email settings will encrypt your login and protect your password, email and server account.

It's simple to do and is a requirement for all Wheaton Website Services hosted accounts.

1) In your email application, be that desktop or mobile, use the following settings for incoming server, outgoing server and ports.

2) If you are presented with a Connection Security and Authentication option, see the image below for the correct settings. The example is from Thunderbird (click to enlarge).

3) Then send yourself an email to confirm it sends and receives without error.

PLEASE NOTE: the outgoing sever is the same as the incoming.  This is not always the case when viewing these details in cPanel.
