Whenever I find someone who is very good at what they do, I become a very passionate crusader for them. Jim King is one of those people. Jim King (or King James as we like to call him) has been a God send for our company. We started working with him in Jan of 2011. He has always been there to help with changes or problems with our Zen Cart websites. Jim is very dependable, enjoyable to work with and fair with his rates. There are many people out there who call themselves Zen Cart experts who are NOT! They can do great damage to your business and sites. With these so called 'experts' I have lost entire customer databases, had core codes corrupted and spent thousands of dollars needlessly. One 'expert' charged me $75 just to turn a feature off - a two second task! Jim is a true Zen Cart expert. I sleep better at night knowing that Jim is there to help us whenever a need arises.
