Silver Package

Ten (10) hours hours of support per calendar month. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Phone and email support.
• Module installation.
• Add/edit products.
• Minor layout changes.
• Set pricing for Sales/Specials/Featured Products.
• Apply security patches.
• Manage Google Analytics.

Additional hours are billed at $35 per hour in 6 minute increments (0.1 hours). The service may be canceled at any time by providing one month's written notice.
